That’s great. What’s your AOR? What did you write in the CSE that they gave you such specific answer?

Pl check my signature, it says my history . I called the agent last week and he sent the request to the officers as I have completed 7 months. In addition, I have also sent message via CSE stating that my fixed deposits are liquid cash and they can be transferred easily to any currency.

What is your AOR by the way? I’m very keen to know that what did you write in your CSE that IRCC gave such accurate dates. Otherwise, they just reply back with the same old generic answer.

When a PR application with more than 1 Dependent gets approved and the PA receives a PPR. Can the PA submit other Dependents' passport alongside with his? Or do other Dependents have to appear at the VFS office with the PA to submit their passports?

Yes, I also got almost the same response today. My application has surpassed 7 months 10 days now and the agent said the eligibility is under review required, criminality in progress and security is not started! How can they leave an application untouched for so long, I am really gutted and frustrated. I have ordered for GCMS notes and is due in 1-2 weeks.

@tobs - Need your guidance here. My WP expires on July 26th 2019 and from your experience, do you think IRCC will make decisions and finalize my application by then? They haven't asked for any ADR as well...

Guys I received update on my PR application. It says "application has been approved".

But, at the bottom there is Document Section with 2 rows of Counterfoil details (both different document number), first one says "your document is invalid", second one says "your document is valid".

So what is the meaning of this counterfoil?

Part of your application details that you see ehn it's approved. You don't need it for anything atm.

Yesterday I called the CIC guys and i got the information that your application is delayed due to additional verification is going on.
Can anybody clear me what is additional verification means ?
How to know which area they are doing additional verification
or is it just a agent way of telling people to wait ?

Counterfoil basically is your COPR document. Technically, COPR becomes COPR once you land and it is stamped by the immigration agent at the airport. So, the same counterfoil document appears as COPR after your landing.

In my case, I only saw "valid" against counterfoil. Did you ask for extension or anything. It seems like they cancelled previous counterfoil and issued a new one. Could have been that they issued a new document with extended landing dates.

While my PR application was ongoing, i also applied for open work permit to extend my PGWP (just to be safe).

Just spoke to an agent.. Aor: July 20. Eligibility recommended pass, criminality done, security check not yet started. But she was saying that by March 23 my application should be completed. That's what's mentioned on my file...anyone received similar reply??? Is this date fixed by them? She says it means security check shud finish by March 23.
Is this a new info.....someone plz advise??
