They tell you 20% applications exceed 6 months and unfortunately yours is one of those. something like that.

I can live with that, but it would be nice to hear a reason why I am in the unlucky group.

I was just wondering, if it was possible for to create a forum, where 2/3 people moving at the same time, can pair up to rent a 2/3 bedroom in downtown toronto( the cost burden is a lot lesser). Don't know if this is the best forum for this? @tobs... What do you think?

though my 6 months due date is Jan.14, I've been trying to call them for last couple of days. The auto mode would say because of high volume of calls we are not able to place you in a que. Try next time.

I've tried different timings but same response. It's like they are not back from Christmas holidays

Last time I called I spent one hour trying and retrying to get a place in the queue. It is always busy, so keep trying. But it is likely they are still absent from the holidays.

You'll get a reply from the email address to raise a CSE for any inquiries.

if you're a CEC applicant, isn't RCMP compulsory? I'm FSW-O so I do not have enough info on CEC.

RCMP clearance Not required for CEC
As he is already inland, they can verify all his details.
