this is fairly common -- mine has been that way since July 10 and i do not have to submit any other documents. You can email your vo directly and verify if they need more documents though if you want to know. Its common that your background hasnt started yet, you are a July applicant. there are still people from feb and march waiting for theirs to start. unfortunately, no one can tell you exact time lines as each application is different. you will need to have patience and trust the system.

I submitted my application on 4 July 2017 and they received my application on 10 July 2017 I got my first AOR on 14 August 2017 and I linked my application on 17 August 2017 on 31 August 2017I got request to submit the medical and on 5 September 2017 they asked me to submit the police certificate and schedule A form on 13 September 2017 they update the medical result passed and on 15 September 2017 I submit the additional documents now my background check is in process how much time will it take more for my application?

you should contact your Vo as they are the ones who are processing your app -- not mississauga now

If you are a July applicant it would be extremely unusual for your background check to be in process this quickly unless you are at one of the super speedy VO's like Ankara... what is your VO?

Seems like I use the webform. Lol answering my own question. I found the answer in the email attachment they sent me with my AOR2

In that case, I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I think the BG check in process might be a mistake. There was another user who posted today who is at Mississauga VO, July applicant, had BG check in process, and received an email letting them know that the BG check in process message was an error and it's not actually in process yet. May applicants at Mississauga are just starting to get their BG checks in process now. (I'm at Mississauga, too). Heck, maybe you will get lucky and it's legitimate, but just a heads up!

this info is great thanks.. just a question with AOR2 .... mine looks like yours but doesnt seem right when i only just got communication yesterday and the AOR2 (what it looks like on yours) was on the 13/10/2017

i don't understand your question. you mean you only got an email yesterday but your ECAS says your got AOR2 on the 13th? if i understand it correctly, the answer would be... most of the time the email is so delayed. does that answer your question?

Today I checked the client app status it changed in to (in process ) but I still didn't get any email from the cic . Should I receive an email first then thr status changes to in process?? Or it doesn't matter

you can check the spreadsheet for the January to May and see all the Missassauga applicants and check how long it took them from BCIP to PPR.
