I made 3 seperate. One for sponsor, one for pa, and one for proof. I left the reciept amd document checklist and passport photos outside of an envelope and ontop of the 3 envelopes inside of one big one. Hope that makes sense. I included a cover letter with a list of everything inside of each envelope. I know others have just put it in order of the checklist in one big envelope though too. I don't think it matters much if you use 3 or 1.

Yes, just print off the complete checklist, and go through that, as well as the basic guide. All the forms you need are there. Sponsor forms, pa forms, and proof

I am the sponsor and i wrote my contact info on the generic application that the applicant address was supposed to be i received my application on last Thursday and sent it back today it will reach there on Monday i hope i get my AOR 1 soon. So yes if you wrote your address as pa on the generic application you are fine if not it will be returned for sure. I don't want to hurt your feelings but its the way it is. I hope the best for you

Hi all. Im slightly confused after reading thru the thread that some submitted duplicate copies of some the forms. Since the form 5532 had to be answered and signed by both the sponsor and pa, did you guys do one copy of the form together or made two copies one each for the sponsor and the other for the pa? Thanks to those who give their input!

I just realized on the Generic Application, instead of my husband address, telephone, and email address, I wrote my own address, telephone, and email address because it would have taken a long time if they had to try to contact him instead of me. do you guys know if that is going to be problematic? His address is on the additional family form.

That was the only reason they returned my application. No i haven't filled the authorization form but instead changed my address to my wife's( PA)

Do you guys know if they want to return back an application package, (a) How long do they take it to send it back? (b) Do they send via regular CanadaPost? (c) Do they send an e-mail to notify you that the application is being returned?

Anyone here with Manila VO? how long do they request your sched a? please pm me i need some help with the pcc esp. if pa is working outside country of residence they asked us to provide nbi clearance too this one is authenticated any july applicants who included pcc? but not sched a? .. do i need to include my husband's diploma as well?
