Nope. Im th soonsor and linked to my account. There is no roght or wrong as to whos account you link it too. Either way you just need to get the information. Pa or sponsor is perfectly fine

I am the sponsor when I received an intial email from cic regarding file received and with application number, i linked that application to my cic account, next day my spouse (PA) received an email which stated Aor and asking her to link information online?? My question is if i have linked information why would they ask her to link it in the AOR, also i tried linking application under her new CiC account it didn't work? I am kinda worried if i need just 1 account to be linked or 2, also i linked it to line so just wanted to make sure that won't be any problem, i can upload documents for application through my account then if linking to sponsor's account wont be any issue

Only one account can be linked to an application. This is standard that the pa and sponsor get an email with the application number

I did that mistake. I first linked it to my account and then tried to link it to her account.

No, not yet. I haven't received a request for PCC and Schedule A yet.

Does anyone have submitted their PCC and Schedule A after linking their application? If yes, please let me know how I can submit mine. Also, I have checked under submitted documents option but there is no option to submit or attach any documents.

Either one is fine. You will get all the updates in your e-mail, rather her.

I have been plonking away at trying to link my account online for the last five days... getting nowhere. I e-mailed for help and got nothing back that was helpful, other than a link to the unhelpful online FAQ.

Has anyone tried calling for help on linking the account online? Is there anything they can do on the phone to help out?

I had the same issue my husband called and checked the first name and the last name and the funny things they didn't put as how we wrote it in the application so I sued that and it worked . Just checke the info that you are putting is the same they put it in there system

I receieved the ecas "in process" as well. I believe this means file is at Visa Office abroad.. but am not sure..
