Ya that's what I did. Just asked to send the document again.
Do you have any doubt in your work experience calculation or any other area?? I have and I'm worried about it. The third person who got the medical on Saturday is able to see attachment.
dont worry, seems to me they missed to attach the docs properly.

Initially, I thought its only Vegreville office, but i guess CIC in general seems to be having some issues these days. Making inconsistent decisions, applying laws retroactively, rejecting one application and accepting the other with exactly the same situation or simply not attaching documents with the email.
Not sure if last year's Vegreville drama is being repeated again.
But guys, please do keep sharing your stories. It might help you as well, incase you learned that someone else's application with exactly similar situation was accepted.
i feel its always been the same with cic, and i feel partially we are responsible for that because we accept their totalitarian attitude so overtime they have got the feeling that they can do whatever they want... I am determined if they refused my application I will not let it go so easily and will go to the highest possible court.

no, its automatic... if you have applied for an extension work permit or BOWP, and haven't got it yet, you automatically come under implied statues which lets you continue your previous status
