guys i recevied my RPRF, am trying to do online payment but its keep failing "transcation failed" ... anyone having same issue ... this one drive me nuts please help me

I've once seen a same situation - > turns out the credit card of that applicant is no longer active for whatever reason.

Check your card. Make sure you typed every single piece of info correctly. CIC's [payment] system usually consistent.

make sure your credit card can be used online with CIC website.
I have seen a lot banks, who don't allow online transactions.
check with the bank if ur still unsuccessful.

Check the address that you type in. Is it the one that the bank has in its records? I went thru the same difficulties then realised it was the address.

i sent an email to get the status, they replied "Your application is currently under review". However ecas shows "application received", what does this mean?

If they reject my application after making me wait forever like this, I'm gonna be so mad.

LOL. And our VO was probably on vacation. I hope he/she is back already with a good mood and send us MR right away!

That means your file is under process. They are reviewing the documents. You should be happy. Hope you will hear the good news soon.

Received email from cic but unable to see attached document and it doesn't say in email what the document all about. Any guess guys?
