Does the settlement offer mention anywhere that you can add more documents to strengthen your case?

I just submitted applicant record froor judicial review to lawyer of ircc and federal court, now lawyer will serve the memorandum and affidavit within 30 days , I really hoping they will send a settlement notice InshaAllah

there is so much of encouragement in this group!! thanks. I got refusal for study permit, the reason outlined is totally an error, its states that i have contravened the condition of my last stay in canada" i have never ever nor my family travelled to Canada. I raised a webform yesterday outlinging that this is an error and confirming that i never travelled. i want to do a JR, please advise some good lawyer who can help me ofcourse reasonable cost in mind. i have already begun my online program, this is such a mess, they mess arouund with students time and money! please help with some suggestion, i am hoping and praying they respond to my webform.

Refusal : February 23rd, 2021
JR submission: March 8th
Received rule 9 notes and sending the argument from our lawyer to ircc lawyer : March 18th

on March 24th the ircc lawyer called and offered the settlement. On March 25th, they sent the official letter.

now I’m waiting for the case to be reopen

Yes they got visa and in canada now . It was quick settlement before rule 9 request for refusal reasons

Visa refusal on 4 Feb 2022, Webform raised on 5 Feb 2022, another one with document outlining the passport pages on 9 Feb 2022. i want to give them some time before going for JR, what you think? @Greeny786

They will reply with delay if your case is strong. For me i submitted reconsideration on 4th feb friday and they refused on monday 7 feb via email. Qucik response

oh wow, that was quick reply, you used the web form? what did you write on webform and did you provide supporting document along with the webform? oh they replied on the refusal on the email, can you let me know what context of the email is, like the wordings? thanks for throwing some hope on my case, i am so so over-welmed with this JR, its lot of money, for now im doing remote studies as the college hasnt started face to face for this term...

Before the leave was granted. Just after the rule 9.
