Its been 32 days since you submitted documents, strange they didn't made any decision on it, probably because your intake is Jan 23.

How they would know intake is jan? Only know if they touch the file and if file touch then ghost update appears

You said on the previous page that a ghost update is only when the officer makes a comment in the application. So they might have seen your LOA but haven't made any comments.

My frustration started once 30 days completed on 22 april. Now it can come any time but if they open file for review i think status does not change until they made some comments on file. No ghost update at all

i have filed fpr jr on april 2nd 2022 ,got settlement offer on may 3rd and by may 10th filed discontinuance.but no update ao far...
my file was rejected thrice and i have filed from auh...so they might have started redetermination or not yet.pls advice

Hi, too early for them to do anything, wait for at least a month for the file to reopen.

Check what your application status is now, does it show refused or submitted?
