Initial payment was close to 2k, later i will have to pay as we go on hourly basis or one lumpsum once the notes are out...

But what could be actual cost if settlement offered or if it goes to hearing

Hearing could be more expensive, for the settlement i would think it could come around 2k atleast... as they have to analysis and make a strong argument. You did it all in $50 which a great job!

We have to with the submissions date of 7 Feb and then you on 17 Feb, so lets update and keep calm during the waiting.
