My question is that If VO was not satisfied with my blood relation why he did not consider my wife education.
I think it is clear example of un justice. I can claim 9 more points 5 for blood relation and 4 for spouse 14 years education.

Indeed, it is a very sad news . Another , one of our comrade fall.
Did your spouse completed her graduation as a regular student or a private student . If , she was a private student then your argument for reconsideration could be weak . This is just purely my opinion and could be wrong.
