When he applied, any idea... is it going to be one more hold on letter or medicals?

Sir gi I am asking about date on which he applied... not full doc submission date.... coz what I observed is, most of the 0213 cases who applied in APR 2010 are getting hold on letters... is liay poch raha tha...

@ Arsh ---- My observation is different. If you go through the list (published by Ali haider), you will see that 0213 applicants whose full docs reached to LVO till June 2010, received the medical request and 0213 applicants of post June 2010 started getting 'acceptance/wait 6-12 months' letter.

I applied in March 2010 but got 'acceptance/wait 6-12 months' letter

@ Arsh ---- My observation is different. If you go through the list (published by Ali haider), you will see that 0213 applicants whose full docs reached to LVO till June 2010, received the medical request and 0213 applicants of post June 2010 started getting 'acceptance/wait 6-12 months' letter.

Ya Agreed to it... Most of them applied after March 2010.. but your point is more valid... pata nahi in letters ka ham kya karain.. nachain ya paraishan hon

@Arsh ---- remember that these letters of 'acceptance/wait 6-12 months' are not limited to 0213 NOC. Applicants of some other NOCs did report the same scenario on this forum.

Just recieved my PPR step2 via email from London Office.
VO give me 30 days to send subit passports.

Ecas status is still showing INPROCESS without address.

''Your application was viewed and we started processing on 20th of April 2012''

Please update lets hope its not gonna be another couple of years.

My status changed to DM yesterday. My NOC is 0213, my brother is in Canada as a citizen (I have adaptability points) and I am still working as an IT MANAGER for 7 years, with another 4 years of work history as a programmer and Analyst. My Hubby has a PHD and is a professor in NUML. MY IELTS was over 9 in every section. Not sure whats going on and why would they reject.
I understand that its a refusal and its a wrong. Please guide me the process to appeal. I have not received the letter yet, but my brother already ordered GCMS\CAIPS about 10 days ago.
Kindly share the process to appeal.

Are u sure that ur IELTS was over 9 in every section?!
