Job changed after PER

Hi Experts,

I have just received my PER via email. My job has been changed since I submitted my application (from 1111 to 0111). How can I notify the officer? Should I wait until I am contacted by the local visa office or I should tell the CIC central intake office? if then how can I tell them?
