hi guys could you please tell me that my husband applied with noc 0122 which wasn't on the list but then this year (jan 2009) he changed his job and now his noc code became 0111 which is for financial manager and is in the list ... can he write a letter to cic about this and request to consider him under NOC code 0111 ??? and if so what whould be the exact procedure i mean should he send job description letter signed by HR
please note that the application status is "Application recieved"
also comment if he sould call cic islamabad for further assistance on the same issue...
i had the same issue, but i changed my job in May 2008. I wrote a letter to CIC NOVA SCOTIA mentioning the whole thingy along with the experience letter from my current employer. & yes not forget to mark CC to CIC Islamabad for their records.
I think after completing at least one year with this present job you can inform CIC abt it(or even reapply), as even if you inform CIC before 1 yr, there s a very good chance of rejection as the instructions clearly state"atleast one year experience."

But I thought the new rules broke your hearts so much that you guys werent thinking abt going to Canada anymore! Didnt you say once on this forum that your destination next was the Great Greaaaaaat Britain after Canada slipped through the loop?
yes my destination was britain and infact i am there but didnt change my address on record of cic bcuz as you know that uk dont offer direct immigration its a time consuming process and you need to extend your visa first, again for 2 yrs and then ur eligible for immigration secondly i am still double minded as my application is not rejected yet ...

but in that case dont you think that it will again take an year for them to even start processing my aplication as its already been an yr and no sign of refund or further processing i heard that it takes 6 months more if you withdraw application to get the refund....what if i mention it as current job and i think when they will start processing it will surely be an year till then... i think i better take this chance bcuz it will take that long anyway.... and also i know with that NOC mentioned in the application im not eligible... so i dont think it will make any diffirence and if they reject it then obviously i can reaplly properly anytime...
why not wait for your husband to complete ONE FULL YEAR in the new job then write to cic? The application will definitely be rejected if he has not completed one full year in the new job.

With due respect to u madam,I think the CIC site clearly states,"you must fulfill all requirements at the time of application".If tht had been the case then the applicants of new delhi n isd in the past(according to the old rules who had to wait for 5-6 yrs) would ve just filed the application after just enrolling in their bachelors programmes n would ve fulfilled all the requirements by the time their turn had come.
