got married in dec 2018; PR file applied on 5th feb still waiting for acknowledgment of receipt.
also applied for her tourist visa on 22nd feb.
biometrics request 23rd feb
biometrics submitted 25th feb
acknowledgement and pp request 6 march
passport submitted 7th march new delhi
pp received 12 march

I applied for my father on Jan 31st, Biometrics on 8th Feb and acknowledgement letter on 25th Feb. But no update since. It still shows 15 days processing time, but no update on application yet.

I haven’t heard anything yet. Almost 50 days now.

Still no acknowledgement letter and showing on VFS tracking “In transit to IRCC Bangalore for processing”

same case with me.

I applied for parents visa on 7 march, biometric request was on 8 march, and biometrics completed on 12 march, it showing on transit to Delhi IRCC for processing.

You will get an email with subject visitor acknowledgement letter that your file is completely submitted

Oh is it. I did get that letter “Visa Acknowledgment Letter” on March the 12th.. but my moms repeat biometrics we’re still outstanding. She submitted them on March the 14th and dad submitted them on March the 5th. So now just wait for the results aye? Visa acknowledgment letter just means there is nothing they need for the application anymore? Thanks Neeru.

I have a quick question for you. Is the "Biometric Letter" that you talked about in your previous post- a separate letter that you get in your CIC login or simply in the top right hand corner a portion that talks about biometrics like this?

• Application number: XXXXXXXXX
• Date Received: February 26, 2019
• Biometrics:
  • Biometrics Number: XXXXXXXXXX
  • Date of Biometrics Enrolment: March 14, 2019
  • Expiry Date: March 14, 2029

This is what I am seeing for my folks application.. No special letter has been received. Will you PLEASE let me know
