Hi All,

Is Police Clearance Certificate is mandatory? I have applied for my Citizenship on this January 2024 and waiting for Test date.
I have not stayed in my home country for more than 45 days in last 4 years. Do I need to get PCC before IRCC schedule test?

I have a question regarding: Did you apply to extend your status?
My visa for work permit visa was approved on 2018 Feb however I landed in Canada 2018 March 29th.
The visa is eligible from Feb 2018 to Jan 2020
My work permit extension was applied in Dec 2019 and received approval in 2020 Feb. However, I never applied for visa stamping.

For the above question what should I mention? Is it question related to Visa approval or received WO permit once I landed? Also extension should be the date I received or can mention date applied?

When I got my AOR, I submitted a webform to add a day trip to US which I had forgotten and today I got the reply that the documents I submitted have been added to my file.
Does this mean that someone is actually working on my file and I will have an update soon?

The documents you gave was attached to your file. Processing officer working on your file would be a different person.

I applied for citizenship in January 2024 but because my PR card got expired in july 2023 and I feel I might travel in future But not sure how long can citizenship process takes. My concern is will my citizenship application be delayed or affected in regards to processing time now that I have applied for PR card renewal?
