AOR received on Jan 18 and tracker started on the 25th (I could have started the tracker earlier but it was my bad, I had missed the AOR e-mail) and today I got the same e-mail I got when they were inviting me to use the tracker (“Follow the progress of your citizenship grant application…” “you can now follow the progress…”) but nothing has changed and I’ve been checking every couple of days or so.
Is that common? Like phantom update emails or something

Any e-mails sent to you by IRCC will end in “@cic.gc.ca” or “@international.gc.ca.” Please add these to your “safe senders” list in your email program and check the junk mail folder in case important emails get filtered.
I am trying to login to the tracker, it says that they are sending a verification code to my email address but I do not receive any email with the code. Do I just need to wait and try again later? Anyone else facing similar issue?
