I am waiting for further communication from CIC.

AR- Jan 6
AoR- Feb 17
Biometric fee- Feb 24.

I have paid the biometric fee but didn't get any further communication from CIC on this.

You have to wait for 90 days after Application received and by then if you didn't receive any response from CIC, then raise a Webform request regarding the status of your application.

And yes, due to the covid-19, the processing of applications is slow at their end. So just hang in there man.

Can we go to our home country while federal process, for example vacation with payment or business trip?
What about vacation without payment?
Some immigration representatives suggest not to go home country during the process. Very weird.

As long as you have the valid Work Permit and the Visa, you are good to travel outside Canada.
But to be on a safer side, just have the proof with you that you are working in Canada (in case the Canadian immigration ask you upon your return).

You dont need to submit these if u already have a job in canada there is no need to submit POF and Reference letter

Strictly follow the documents checklist, I am outland paper applicant and I have not submitted PoF and reference letter. Gudluck.

I am an outland PNP applicant and sent my paper based pr application to CIO office Sydney,NS last week. As per FedEx my application received Sydney office on 15th May 2020. Do the CIO office send any acknowledge email? How many days will take to get any communication from IRCC/CIO?
