Was IELTS a mandatory requirement for your PNP? Even then, I think its ok. If they want, they would ask for it.

Yes it was mandatory and it was explicitly mentioned in instructions that I should submit my valid ielts results while submitting in federal

AFAIK - nothing to worry if IELTS or PNP nomination expired after sending your application.
