Finally received the Citizenship Certificate today, It seems they mailed on 17th Feb, 2022. Reached today on 22nd Feb, 2022

Hello everyone,
After 2.5 months I received my latest GSMC note. In the note it indicates that my file is since Nov. 2021 in "June 2020 Inventory Shelf" Does Anyone have any idea what this means? Is it a good sign or a bad sign?

FYI, I have not been invited to do test yet.

It means your application is collecting dust and in queue for the next step like hundred thousands of us, unfortunately.

First Covid-19 , then multiple variants, delay due to Afghanistan priority, and now Ukraine. Although I do agree that most vulnerable people should get the priority but why we, the economical migrants, who brought our whole assets to Canada, worked our ass off from day one, contributed to Canadian economy, never relied on any govt support, and paid hefty citizenship fee are not getting our right even after 2.5 years.

Why we are always less priority and placed at the very corner when it comes to processing the applications. I am really sick of false hopes and just fancy charts/graphs created by IMMI department.

I agree with you...
I landed in Canada in April 2016 and been employed a month later.
Never stopped working since.

Because your in the system.....they don't care. They collect your tax. That's all that matters. You will learn, when your a citizen of any western world you are treated like 2nd class citizen

I don’t really think it will affect citizenship applications that much. These applications will be processed by visa offices abroad (close to Ukraine).

i had a ghost update on new tracker yesterday. I checked ECAS which was in DM until yesterday went back into IN Process. This morning ECAS went into DM and no new update on the new tracker. What was this? some officer looking into the file?

Submitted application in Jan 2020. Appeared for exam July 2021.
Language Skills/Physical Presence and prohibitions still show in Progress. Multiple Webform request. Anyone in the same boat?
