Can anyone please help / advise how do I scan passport pages below 5MB size and attached. Step by step guidance will be highly obliged.

Hiya, for me personally, I used an app called Scanner Pro (for the iPhone) - see link below. This app is brilliant, you can just focus the camera on the page you want it to scan and it will adjust the borders automatically and take the scan in pdf format.

I then transferred all the pdfs to my Mac and user Preview to merge all the pages together in one single pdf document. Then I got an app called PDF Squeezer (you have to pay for it) and it automatically adjust the size below 5mb (you get different levels of compressions). Sorry I don't know what is the equivalent for these things in the Windows/Android world but you can quickly google the alternatives.

Download this software and use the trail version to get it done. - https://www.adobe.com/ca/acrobat/acrobat-pro.html . i m not sure what the limitations of the trail version is but if you get the paid version for $20, it will work. Be careful when you are using any online service or apps. the data may be uploaded to their servers. Good luck.

Usually yes, give it a day or 2.

I got an ghost update a month ago, nothing changed so far

It is when at the top it shows that you file was updated recently (it shows a recent date), but in the application history there is no update and nothing changed. People call this ghost update.

Usually happens when the officer log in and changes something in you file. But that change maybe a small thing and minor. As a result your application status may not change.

I still like to see what percentage of people got a good news after that?

Thanks. Then they probably did something.
I just need to wait and see if it was a real update, or just a minor thing and no changes.

Prohibitions, Language & physical requirements updated to complete on 18th August. DM shows on old tracker. Awaiting oath as next step...

PS: can the owner of the spreadsheet also freeze panes for the top 3 rows & left 3 columns (unsure if there is a way i can as a viewer do that for a locked sheet?)

the excel sheet still doesnt reflect the change on Prohibitions, Language & Physical requirements posted above... fyi for admin.

use I LOVEPDF.com online it’s totally free and you can merge too in one file and actual size less only in kbs
I also used to send my passport copies as well
