Have you ever called them to find out when they will start the next step of processing your application?
My application was received on January 14, 2020 and I received my AOR on March 13, 2020 so, pretty close to yours. I hope we'll start to see some movement very soon though.
I have submiited application on Oct 2019, it was returned on Jan 11, 2020. I resent the application and they received on Jan 23, 2020...still no AOR.
wondering what CIC is doing?
aha, exact same date as yours and was a resend just for a missing "check box".
It was apparent that they have done this to others too. BTW , still waiting for AOR.
Sucks that they moved on to Feb.

nope I haven’t yet. I’m watching the 2019 forums for movement. They’ll get updates first before we do. I’m sure that their response will still be the same in that there isn’t a date they can give.

That’s what I have been seeing too up until 3 weeks ago. Not sure if my case is just some sort of glitch/exception, as most of people can access eCas only after getting AOR. I don’t like exceptions
