You have not received an AOR yet thus your application is not on the system. When you receive an AOR, in a day or two you can start using ecas to track the application.

It's 1-888-242-2100. After listening to their looooong recording (there is no way to skip), go with Option 1-1-4-1. Better to call early in the morning, they will pick up your call right away.
Btw they will tell you they are still processing applications received before Jan. 14. LOL

When i called them last week, i was told some applications received in january are pushed into february ( I am not sure why)
But it seems true ( at least for me) , because even though my application should have been delivered by january 1st week ( I sent without tracking), in ecas its showing that the application was received by them in february 1st week. I also got the AOR couple of days ago.

I wanted to share it here so it gives some insight & hope to january applicants who have not received AOR yet.

App sent Jan 13, delivered Jan 16. Email them got a respond again this morning they are still processing applications before Jan 14.

Just the website link attached to the email. But if you want the physical copy, you can order it online for free. The request take 2-3 weeks for the book to arrive. Check the website attached in the email for further details about the physical book.

On the other hand February 10 applicant has received an AOR yesterday... Not sure what's happening...
