If you call CIC and they tell you that they are processing applications before Jan 14th don't panic. They are not technically wrong. AOR doesn't count as processing and it doesn't mean that.
As I see almost all Jan applications are not in process yet and status is just application received.

That's what I think too. Next time when we call them we should clearly tell them we are looking for the AOR, not the "In Process" status - don't let them fool you!
ok, as long as its not taking weeks.
I will update it online as i dont want them to mistype the street number again. Looks like some officers are entering the information fast i guess as our mailing address is not updated from the old pr card address.
All,
So please verity your home and mailing addresses in e-case status.
it's Friday man... no work for next two days and also get my first pay-stub as I joined to a new bank (switch job: from a software company to bank) beginning of this month
For Guys who already got AOR, Can you please confirm if you are able to see your file status when you enter your payment receipt number instead of UCI to search for your file on ECAS ?

Its not showing the status based on payment receipt number(IMM 5401) but the application was accepted and showing status based on uci(& application number) hence we should not worry.
