No. I presume nothing will resume until a week or two if they managed to make an effective work-from-home protocol.

@jamesjamie thanks for starting this thread. I posted my application on 13th January 2020 and recieved an acknowledgement email from CIC on 10th March. Do you now how soon I'll be able to track my application online? I'm guessing there may be some processing delays due to COVID-19

Seems like COVID-19 is going to be delaying everything. What a pain in the butt.

Lucky I got my AOR just a couple days before COVID panic went parabolic.

I called them yesterday out of curiousity to find if they are working and apparently they are - Currently working on the files received on or before January 14th

I called CIC yesterday as well and yes, they are continuing to process citizenship applications. Overall they will be a delay for citizenship tests and ceremonies but all background processes are working currently.

Did anyone check their online status? my home address is showing the correct one in saskatoon, but my mailing address is showing as Toronto. Does anyone have the same?

Hi, If IRCC is still working on our application then why is it taking so long to go from "Application Received" to "In Process" in application status portal? Or is it normal to take 3 weeks?

yes. It will probably take longer due to everything slowing down from covid19

Initially Received : January 10th
Initially Returned: March 11th.
Initially Returned reason: Minors complete. Parent Incomplete due to one input missing for "16.1 Are you now On parole? Checked neither No nor Yes"

Ofcourse I will refill and send the application again.

• Can I use the same photographs as they are within 2 months old?
• Didn't see refund. Do I need to request refund and then pay the fees again?
• Do I need to re-do Physical presence calculator?

You don’t need a refund or pay again if you’re applying again after you fix the mistake. They will use the same receipt.

I have the same issue, my mailing address is still showing my BD address
