Check old ecas https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/security.do . Mostly it should show decision made.
Yes mostly its approved as they will ask for more documents and interview before they try to deny. So you should be good

It took me exactly 3 months from completion of test date to get the Oath Invitation.
I saw the DM on Sunday and yesterday my tracker was updated with all the other completion status.
The timeline for Oath was posted on the tracker today.
I haven't received any emails yet.
Quick Question:- Any idea if the OATH can be rescheduled and if so how long would it take to get the rescheduled date? I have an emergency and trying to work my timings around the OATH but just checking out what my options are.

You'll receive an email about a week before the oath date.
Yes, you can re-schedule the oath ceremony but there is no guaranteed timeline as to when you'll rescheduled oath date. Since there is a backlog for oath now, I wouldn't recommend rescheduling it unless it is ABSOLUTELY necessary.

Language, Physical, Prohibition has become completed on Jul 19 for me and my spouse. (also exactly 3 months since Test was marked as completed).
Old ECAS also shows Decision Made for both of us.
If you are a PR, you'll have to be present in Canada to apply for spousal sponsorship. If you are a Canadian citizen, you can apply from overseas but you should be able to demonstrate that you and your spouse intend to come back and live in Canada if the spousal sponsorship application is approved.
Its up to you - either is fine, see what suits you best.
