Old forms are acceptable. They wont return on base of old forms or checklist. New checklist is mandatory for 14 dec or after that applicants

When you say new checklist is mandatory for 14 dec or after applicants what do you mean by that? Like I said above the change is minute, plus if biometrics are paid and with the grace period plus them not updating their own website about the change, I dont see them going through the whole process doing formalities for returning courier. And where have you read that new checklist is mandatory?

You can try with Fees Receipt Number starting with R , you can try first with PA then with Sponsor.
