After Sponsor Approval by Sydney, NS your file will be sent to Visa Office to process PR for applicant. Visa office depends on Principal Applicant current residency (in some cases they send to CPC Mississauga).
AOR 2 - acknowledged of receipt by Visa Office
The average is around 60 days, but it can be can be a little faster or slower depending on how much work your officer already has, how much backlog the entire office has, and so many more things. So I would think you should get AOR1 by end of March, but please don't worry if it takes a little longer We're all in the same boat and here to support each other as we wait to reunite with our loved ones!

Hi thanks for your reply! I did check the country specific and when i opened the latest checklist version 12-2018 it does specify the biometric fee on Application fee section. But, at that time we prepared our application, this is not included on the checklist.
Same thing happen to me during my time of putting together my application I did not see the biometric now they sent me an email to pay the fee and send it back, you only have a 30 days also.

Sent back the receipt? Or is that a biometrics request?
I did the same thing. Did not pay the biometrics upfront, only paid 1040, because at the time I was preparing the app, not all countries are require to have biometrics, including philippines.. But then after reading about the new checklist, I read that as of Dec 31,2018, all countries are require to have biometrics.
As far as I know it might take a while. I think it shows up a few days before you get AOR. I can't see my application in ECAS yet either and I am Jan 17 applicant
I linked my application online but it didn’t show my application to sponsor , ecas say decision made on sponsorship application , so they will email me with decision or i will get it in cic account??
