This is unfortunate, then just for compilation of info they take 30 days??? Nowadays whole report can be generated automatically as everything is in online records.
Once I got the note, it was actually frustrating when I saw the 1 month old date. However, later on i discovered that the agents actually check the live notes when we call and give us the information reading that notes. But all agents are not helpful which is another reason of our frustration
quick question. declared 59 months of NOC's across 3 organization out of which 13 months of NOC selected is incorrect. Absolutely incorrect. Not primary NOC though.
will this result in a procedural fairness? or they will just ignore the mismatch noc case and proceed ahead with the rest of the application? No ADR/PFL received till now.
or I should expect a massive PFL for committing a crime?
