I had applied at May 22nd, and still haven't got it yet, GCMS is as slow as PPR these days, 14 days left...

Typo, 19days left
Everyday you got a hope, and it got crashed by the cold reality, when your heart is getting numb, I am actually feeling like I am not gonna be as happy after getting PPR, cause we are so deserved after this endless, hopeless and pointless waiting

Which site did you use bro for GCMS?
I'm waiting in queue on their helpline.. This is the first time I'm getting through on their line. Any specific questions I should ask ??

All you can check is your visa processing office, and if Eligibilty, Criminality and Security have met/started. Although, going by the thread, their answer is not always accurate!

Ok thanks!
Has the Ottawa office even started issuing PPRs to the Jan AoR applicants? Any idea?
I just spoke to an agent. This was my first call with them. Note that there are 18 days left on my 6 month estimate..
This is all she mentioned:
They have all the documents they need from me
Criminality passed, Security (probably) in progress (she said they don't exactly have proper visibility on that or something), Eligibility in progress (last update was 'in progress' on June 4th which is not something I could see online.. so that's extra information, but overall still not helpful)
She said my application is still at their central intake office at Sydney, Nova Scotia ... is that a bad thing ??
And apparently they can only take action with application blockers AFTER the 6 month estimate (I guess she was just indicating that she cannot help me and I should try and call again after the estimate)
She also confirmed that they did not receive a certain important piece of information (change of address) I provided to them through the webform all the way back in February

These people usually don't have much details to provide.

Clearly. The lack of transparency is appalling, especially considering they can't live upto their own standard of processing most applications in under 6 months..
