You can try and call them and speak to agent.Ask if there is any update on your applications since you haven't heard anything after receiving the AOR? They will most likely tell you that they will send email to your local office (i.e. CIC Mississauga) and that if you don't hear nothing back to call in February.

I received a reply stating the required docs are with the responsible office. Was hoping miracles but seems like patience is the best solution. Feels so sad, man. But, once again, Patience! Patience! Patience! &&& PRAYERS!!! What is good will come @ the right time.

Hi drjafs, Sorry to hear about that. In the case of mbqureshi he contacted IRCC on 12th Dec since he was nearing 12 months in Jan 1st week but did not get any positive reply but on 24th Dec he got his Oath invitation.
I am not sure whether you have cleared the test and in Decision made status since 6 months. If that is the case then you could hear shortly.
If you are still in IN PROCESS stage then maybe still some background checks are going on .

I was under the impression that you are under Decision Made like myself & mbqureshi since June 2018. After reading your post and all relevant forum threads I have a feeling you could get a invite before March end.
Considering the time line...you could get Canadian passport by Jan 12th if you opt for urgent and for weekend service. It is better to try like that than trying to travel on Indian passport after Oath (I understand there are options of 3 month grace etc but is always tricky).
Got my oath done today now waiting to get passport. They said wait till Wednesday but reading posts here that you can apply when ecas status shows complete?
