I did my medical before paying the fees. I submitted my file on the 6th of January 2024. Please can anyone guide me on what to do next?

You can edit your thread's title and make it "Jan 2024 AOR Thread" where others with similar AOR month can join.

Wait for them to send you biometrics request and then you'll have to wait. Once you get a UCIXXX number instead of CANXXX number, you'll be able to use the PR tracker: https://ircc-tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/en
