I have an AOR of January 28, 2024. But when I am trying to create an account for the IRCC PR Tracker it is showing error and not creating an account. By AOR I mean, acknowledgement that we get when we submit the application right away. Also, I used my old UCI number.
Any idea that after what time we will be able to get the tracker account with IRCC. As my agent filed the application through his portal and says he cannot give access to it.

You will need to wait until you get BIL. Once the UCI changes to an all numeric number, that is when you can create an account in the tracker.

I don't think any January AOR will get it before the last week of February or first week of March. Many December AORs received their BIL/MIL in the first week of February.

There appears to be a process change where the BIL comes after a few months while IRCC starts background check and eligibility without BIL/MEP.
