from what ive read is that you have to wait for your Passport and COPR before you can book an appointment

It is also slow week ...
I will go to Border to do landing.
It depends on Officers.

as we know,
CIC and Border do not belong to same one.

when we go to the Border,
Border officers will get more work.

BUT, we can go to border for landing.
It is also kind of work at border.

I called in today..she told that everything us done as of today...tracking number should be activated by tommorow

(CIC website got updated and showed ‘Approved’)

I called CIC today and the agent verified that both my COPR and Visa are to be printed today. Just now CIC was updated with application approved.

Hello guys any updates been so quite recently

Just checked my GCKey, application approved today! Now waiting for return tracking number to get activated.

Interesting to see that now that the application was approved in the GCKey, the background check and eligibility check show a date when they got passed. They were both passed one year ago (Aug 2018). Not sure what happened that made our applications take the extra one year. But at last, it's finally over.
