Issues Tracking study permit application at vfs site

Hello Everyone,

I applied online for study permit application and i am trying to track my application, but i am not able to do so as it says no matching values. Could anyone please assist.

after submission of your paper base application at VFS, a tracking number which is also your VFS application number will be sent to your email. Use that tracking number together with your date of birth to track your application.

Actually I applied online.

you can't tracking online application on VFS site. You can only do that on your GCKey account
