Is there anyone with crs below 400 with Ontario NOI?

Is there any one with Ontario notification of interest with CRS score below 400 . When I mean below 400 , I mean from 355-399. Is that possible ? Please share.

I read about someone that had 395 on this forum some time ago that was given a NOI from Ontario. Just wanted to know the chances and maybe the number of people that had such opportunities.
