Does anyone with CRS score below 400 got the NOI in the recent days ? .

Was it only for during the last week of June ??

any updates would be deeply appreciated !.
 
I created my profile yesterday and my score is 393. I haven't got any NOI as well. I am not sure when will be such a window next?

From the other threads, I got to know that candidates with NOCs in ICT list and <400 CRS points received message between Jun28 and Jul14th. There may be some out of these dates. I am not sure about that.
