On the website it says that my applications needs to say "Passed" or I have the Acknowledgement of Receipt letter/email sent by CIO before I can apply for BOWP.

Can anyone please confirm whether the e-mail you get upon submitting your CEC application is the actual letter you need to apply for BOWP? It does say AOR but I think I've read elsewhere in the forums that this is not the letter you require to apply and that it should state a positive eligibility (or something along those lines). My current status for my application under "Review of Eligibility" is currently saying "Review in Progress" in case that helps.
