Is my application non routine ?

Hello,

i sent my application from Calgary and then moved to Montreal, I updated my address! I called IRCC and asked if my file was going to be transferred to Montreal she said yes unless I write a letter to the Calgary IRCC office explaining to them why. I didn’t write a letter I called IRCC again and they said that my file is going to stay in Calgary as I made a request. Is my application considered non routine now ?

What is your concern? An application is not considered “non-routine” for moving out-of-province. This is also on IRCC website

Im asking if my application is considered non routine because I moved out of province and my file is staying at the original province and not being transferred. Thank you
