Is Express PNP & PNP same thing? Can I apply in Express after getting nominated?

Is Express PNP & PNP same thing or are they different.

My CRS is 410+ & I can easily get nominated by Ontario. Now here is my query -

Suppose I get nomination from Ontario it will give me additional 600 points, and my CRS score will be 1000+, So with this score will I be eligible to apply directly in Express/Federal and not in PNP or Express PNP

OR

I'll only be for Express PNP or PNP?

Why do you care what they say?

Once you get OINP NOI, just file your PR application. Once you get PR, you will have to live in Ontario. That's it. Simple and easy.

u are only nominated once u r in EXPRESS ENTRY AND THAT to at the will of province

Why do you care what they say?

Once you get OINP NOI, just file your PR application. Once you get PR, you will have to live in Ontario. That's it. Simple and easy.

bcoz of the time duration. In my previous forum you told that duration of getting PR in PNP is almost a year or longer. If thats the thing then I will go for TEF exam, so that I can improve my score because then I'll become eligible for Express where I can get PR in 4-5 months.

and how can I get into express entry? I think 410+ CRS is enough to get into Express pool. right??
