Hi guys. I want to ask at what position do i stand for ontario pnp with 430-440 crs. Can i get pnp with that score? Or ontario picks up those candidates with CRS close to the Express Entry cutoff? Like if the cutoff of Express entry comes down to 470. Is there any possibility for those who have CRS of 430 or lower to be picked up by ontario or they stand no chance at all?

As someone who has gone through this stream (HCP), OINP Ontario seems to have a window into CRS scores FSW draw or range of scores. Usually they conduct draws in the lower range of future FSW draws. So if the fswbdraw(which hasn't happened for last 3 months) happened let's say at 475+ oinp will invite folks 465-475

But if you see the score difference in 31/5/2019 when ontario held a draw they came as low as 439 whereas the FSW draw cutoff was 469. So they had a gap of 30 points. What would be the reason behind that?
