I have a query regarding whether to go for Express Entry or PNP? Scenario 1:
I have received an NOI from Ontario Tech Draw, If I accept it i will get 600 points after verification(ontario site says it takes 30 - 60 days for HCP) and after that my points will be 1038 and next EE draw will pick up my profile for processing. Scenario 2:
I have done PGDCA and my WES is pending on that. It will take another 6-7 weeks to verify my credentials and after that my CRS score would be 471. It will get picked up in EE after the verification of my credentials.
My main concern is the time taken for the whole process, and I know that processing time varies from profile to profile.
Whether choosing the PNP route would be processed faster by Express Entry(CIC), considering few of my credentials are already verified by PNP?
Or should wait for my credentials to get verified by WES and wait for CRS 471 to get picked up?

What is your current CRS score? I would suggest you Path 2. With 471 points you will get the invitation anytime once you update your details plus you dont have to spend additional money on OINP. There is nowhere written that choosing PnP would make the processing faster

My score is 438. I have recently checked the full processing time required for verifying my PGDCA, and it is around 55-60 working days(around 3 months). While PNP will take around 60 days(2 months)
With OINP, you will be expected to settle in Ontario only. What if you get an amazing job offer in Calgary or Vancouver or wherever? Even if you were hoping to settle in Ontario anyway - it's always good to keep your options open.
Also - OINP has additional costs. Are you willing to pay $1500 just to save about a month or so in processing time?
