I read that 30 hrs/week (1560 hours) accounts to 1 year of Canadian work experience. But does this rule apply to FSW as well? In one of the companies I have 2 years 8 months of documented foreign work experience. But since it was more than 40 hrs/week my total goes above 4680 hours (1560×3). So can I consider it as more than 3 years and claim points for it?
DelPiero07, could you please help me clarify the following situation:
For fsw we need 1 year of continuous work experience (1560 hours a year/30 hours a week), right? I worked for a company for 1 year 2 months 11 days continuously. But i took a vacation of five weeks (that's the usual length of vacation in my home country) during the year of continuous employment. Will this be a problem? My workweek length was 40 hrs/a week, so 1560 hours of employment were reached before calendar year of employment.

Btw this statement is incorrect "My workweek length was 40 hrs/a week, so 1560 hours of employment were reached before calendar year of employment." - For full-time experience CIC does not count any hours of work above 30 per week.
