Work Experience confusion

Hi,
I've been in the Express Entry pool for a while now. My current score is 434. My only hope is to get my canadian work experience counted.
My work experience in Canada is as follows:
1- Sep-17 to Dec-17 . 12 hrs/week
2- Jan-18 until now. 40 hrs/week
With these, I've already passed the 1560 hrs requirement.
When should I see my points updated?
I called IRCC and they say I have to work for 12 months and work for more than 1560 hours. But, Isn't my current status sufficient?

Hi, I had similar question...
My understanding is you can only count up to 30 hours each week... So calculate job number 2 as 30 hours per week and then job number 1 as 12 hours a week... If that adds up

1. This comes under part time experience.
2. This comes under full time experience.

I would advice you to wait till Dec 31 and then apply
