I got my notes from below and chose ATIP and to my surprise it got assigned to an officer with a different code

Due dates mean nothing. E-Grant Review Review Ready PM01 means the rest of your items are ready for review (physical presence, language, and prohibitions) when an immigration officer gets around to looking at your file again. Also, PM01 means your application is not complex.

No. Only order notes once a month.

It's better if you do everything you can so they don't forget about your file.

Some people have noticed changes before their due date and some haven't. There are always exceptions.

Have you every ordered information under "Privacy Act"? If so, what is the difference between Privacy Act & Access To Information Act notes. Because notes under privacy act are free where for the other option you have to pay $5

I am no lawyer, but I feel somebody should organize a class action law suit against the IRCC, and the Sydney office in particular, on grounds of procedural unfairness, prolonged waiting time causing emotional stress and various travel issues, and arbitrary delays compared to other applicants who got assigned to other offices.

The situation is clearly absurd yet we are all sitting ducks - powerless to do anything about it.

Something got to be done to kick these lazy government bureaucrats in the butt.

The first two times I chose privacy and noticed no changes. There shouldn't be a difference between ATIP and Privacy besides the $5 charge which I was more than happy to pay for my third set of notes through ATIP which actually got assigned.

In my notes, below Application Assignment it got assigned to an officer with a different code. Previously Application Assignment was always blank and I had a different code for LPP but now I noticed a different code.

I sent. It appeared in my GCMS note too. They said under it that no action is required,
