It is extremely slow but don't give up- hang in there. Eventually my third set of notes really got our files moving and I had done almost everything besides reaching out to my MP.
Did your MP say that you have to wait until the processing timeline which is now 16 months has passed?
I convinced him to ask for an urgent process because after canceling the first application and applying again and after I got the AOR the IRCC offered me urgent processing if I apply on paper in the future. At that time I had already an application in process and I was worried it get duplicated.
Think you accidently wrote the due date for your old notes-when you had applied in Nov 2022
Sorry a typo mistake. It is 2023

I know, we have a similar timeline. I called IRCC today and as expected they told me to wait for another 11 months as the average processing time is 17 months

So the bright side is that the due date is Nov 3 2023 and not July 2024.

I believe you would have to email and ask for urgent processing and your MP just does the follow ups. What measures did your MP take?
e grant review ready pm01
Due date 2023/11/03
That's a good sign

There is a July 2024 due date in the file too under eligibility assessment

I have been applying every month for past two months. Nothing changed unfortunately.

That is what they always claim because they really can't disclose a lot and they don't really bother, same in my case but it took 12-13 months and not 17 months which is now 16.

Do you call them consistently, send a webform and email your office?
