Ok, this sound interesting and kind support the info I got, but what irritating my thinking is the applications got processed within 6 months. What you observed is true they didn't stop, but mostly was the 2022 applications which the oldest of them barely finished 1 year, while our files already with 14,15 months. I'm still not getting the purpose of this part. Plus what I saw even when they process 2021 applications they do October jump November then do December, which getting me more confused.
From my understanding , even though we're on 14-15 months mark but still October with be closest to 23 months to manage & complete within time frame .Even after processing October still November have a month extra left for 23 months. In terms of 2022 processing which works different that is most recent academic year of inventory. So they try to process within 12-15 months. Once they catch up on 2021 applications back log within this year then processing time might go back to 12 - 15 months .
Anyways there might be lot of reasoning can be given. But based on my observation I feel everyone from this forum will get processed & completed before end of April this year.

Feb 16th, it will be 6 months since my test was marked complete, and also no tracker updates for close to 2 months now. It is starting to get super frustrating to keep checking and waiting. Apologies, just venting...
In my experience of calling IRCC 2-3 times, they'll always say nothing is needed from their end, it's all good and the office will contact you if anything is needed. So I stopped calling IRCC. If you don't see an update once you hit 6 months post-test ring your MP.

So close!!! yesterday we had someone with Aug 22 test completion get an update and today its August 18th, if this keeps happening August 16th should be next! LOL.... patterns and theories are what's saving me at this point!

That would be just a guess by IRCC.
