I give the UCI # in the subject line with full name and the body of the email saying there's been a ghost update or my last update was so and so, kindly let me know the next steps or kindly let me know if I am in queue for oath ceremony, thank you

I just wrote - requesting my oath date. And mentioned my name, application number and UCI.

Yes. First I got an automated reply. Then after a few hours, they sent me my oath date.
