I received an ITA on April12th,2024 to apply for my PR under express entry (CEC).
My work history is as follows:
1. May 23rd, 2022 - March 26th, 2023 worked full time for 37.5 hours at Company A
2. April 17th, 2023 - Present worked full time for 40 hours at Company B
With 1 year of experience, i have 490 points which is not enough to apply based on the most recent draw (491 April 11th, 2024). But upon checking my IRCC account, i see that the points got updated to 503 which means its been calculated as 2 years of experience but i haven't completed the full 2 years of experience yet. I will only complete my 2 years ie..., 104 weeks in June and by that time my ITA will be expired as I need to submit my application by 11th June, 2024.
Do i proceed with accepting the invitation or decline?

I received approval for the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) and have completed 34 months of work experience. Normally, I would receive additional points for 3 years of experience starting from the 35th month. However, due to my work situation—where I did not work from the middle of one month to the middle of the next—the system seems to have calculated my employment as continuous. As a result, I received an extra 10 points for 3 years of experience and subsequently received an Invitation to Apply (ITA).
Now, if I wait to officially complete 36 months of work experience before submitting my application, the 60-day deadline for the ITA submission will have passed.
What can I do to submit my application in this situation?
