Add 3 to 3.5 months to yesterday's date, you'll get the acknowledgement of receipt for the application. If the transcripts have already been delivered, your file will be in line for processing after the above mentioned period.
Wow that's a long time. Thanks. I just hope since the pace of processing is pretty fast now and backlogs of application must hv reduced abit. It shouldnt take that long. Thanks alot

That's still a worry man because I know MDU Rohtak is well known for delaying things. I just hope university doesn't ask for any fees for getting this verified? Got any idea?

May be you may give a try by calling IQAS or by asking them in e-mail, if they can provide you more details on this so that you can quickly nail down if it is MDU or SCDL,who havent replied yet.
If not, may be you can approach both universities individually saying that my application in IQAS is in hold as they are waiting for your reply. May be the one who havent will be understood by this...

Still, try to go for an evaluation by IQAS when it opens in May, hopefully you won't need to do this.
But if May comes before ITA, go for the assessment. 7 more points are worth it.

This timeframe might come down by May. That's why they are having a break from new applications for 6 months. You can decide by then. Hopefully, you'll get the ITA in March.
